He stares at the BOOK in his hands, at the words inscribed on the pages. Ichigo was only planning to take a piece of CLOTHING from the closet (that was still HIS, despite being begrudgingly denied the top part of) when he came across this book on Rukia’s make-shift bed.
his FIRST instinct was to leave it the heck alone (which was probably what he SHOULD have done, considering, right now he was having a HARD time processing what he’s reading), but Rukia, that midget, drew INSPIRATION from these books of hers and so he was CURIOUS and rightfully so...
he wasn’t PREPARED, however.
