Oh I have a bunch of friends with exercise induced asthma! The doc usually prescribes an albuterol inhaler that you take like half an hour before you exercise, nbd
good for them! I take two daily doses of medication in order to manage my asthma and I've recently been presribed new meds as well as an emergency inhaler because after years of managing it only as exercise induced I now literally cannot breathe at night such is the case right now. and today I’ve had to take that emergency inhaler 5 times so far, I’ve had two asthma attacks and I still feel as if I cannot get air properly into my lungs so forgive me if I come off sounding a little sharp but to me that is a pretty fucking big deal
