alastor sits with his cheek propped up in a hand — eyes boring twin holes through angel dust's forehead. he's been lost in thought for quite some time now, the soft hum of static that oft follows his presence as doggedly as his shadow growing louder and louder with each passing second.
he's always found it a bit humorous how reticent some sinners are to talk about what life they lived before — whether weighed down by bitter nostalgia, or ( more likely ) shame for what atrocities landed them a place in hell to begin with. alastor feels no sympathy for them, of course. their very existence in this pit of doomed souls is merely the consequence of their own actions. personally, he embraces the deeds that bloodied his hands before that pesky little misunderstanding ended his killing spree prematurely. who knows how many he would have been able to slaughter otherwise — such a shame, such a shame! ❝ how did you die? ❞ the overlord suddenly asks. he doesn't particularly care about the answer — he's really just a bit bored.

2. Sing with him, and offer him compliments on his voice.
There's a lot that he takes pride in. His voice – that befitting of a fallen angel – is an easy one to compliment. Perhaps he might also like to sing with someone close, as he was said to sing a lot with the Queen of Hell. Please, let it be said that I am no homewrecker, but this should be noted as there is perhaps tension in the couple and the time may arise for such considerations?
3. Appreciate the trickster side of him.
It may be why he hadn't fit in quite the same as the other angels, but isn't it endearing in a way? The Devil could be perceived as rather self-conscious of his jestering, though, so keep this in mind and apply it if ever you find the chance.

There was this buzz in the air buzzed with static. There was a storm brewing. He could feel it deep down. He shifted zipping through a current toward the red light district. Nights like this always ended the same. His big pest would be all worked up before a storm.
He materialized in front of a camera on set. Everything was in shambles. The set was wrecked and several actors were holding their faces from the wrath that was Valentino.
This wasn't good. They had an image to uphold. He flicked his hands as the ruined equipment began to fix itself. He glanced over to see the golden body was all upset. He walked over to him then held out a cigarette.
"How bad was his rampage this time?"

he can feel something inside his chest melt as soon as the word's roll off the porn stars tongue. travis wipes the goofy smile off his face, replacing it with a heated stare. a small smirk pulls at the corner of his lips. "what ever you want, baby. daddy's buying." he whispers low, giving the spider a wink. travis slips away to the bar, wondering if that was overkill. it's always so effortless when val does it. the pimp had a natural charm about him that made him suave without trying. if only travis had been born so lucky.
he comes back to the table with two drinks. "so, how was work today?" he slides the scotch angel's way and pulls out a silver cigarette case. "smoke?" travis offers the open case to angel. "or if you want something stronger..."

( the audacity. ) the mere thought has his ever-present smile going a bit crooked — a flash of dark gum, like an animal snarling to visually convey its disgust. ❝ why, i'll bet you even fill it with cream and sugar — to make the burnt taste of your low quality roast palatable! ❞ unforgivable.
