Thank you all so much for 300 followers! It might not seem like a large number, but I’m a super small blog created not that long ago. I just adore The Fifth Element, and I’m so glad that we can all share our love for the movie with each other.
Got a lot of things planned for this blog in the not too distant future, so keep an eye out, and don’t forget to recommend @helm108 to any Fifth Element fans you might know!

First Functional ZF-1 from The Fifth Element [Savage Builds E06]
Voila, peeps! For those who may have missed it (I almost did if it weren’t for @skyfire85!) here is the full episode six of Savage Builds on YouTube, where Adam and his team build the first ever functional replica of Zorg’s signature six-weapons-in-one ZF-1 prop from the 1997 Luc Besson movie The Fifth Element!
Accompanying him for a portion of the episode is Zorg himself: Gary Oldman!
While the end result of the “functional” ZF-1 isn’t very screen accurate looks-wise, you really have to commend Adam Savage for being able to pull this off when no one else had done so. Awesome to watch a die-hard Fifth Element fan tackle something like this!
