2. This was a mistake

Tired and beaten down, Lah sees a familiar helmet-face leaning against the wall. She was not planning to stop, she had a mission to do after all. Her feet stutter and her body turns instinctively going to stand way too close for a normal conversation. She peers to see if he is taking a nap as he hasn’t moved in a bit.

Apparently not.

He very dutifully notices her hand wrapped in a haphazard bloody cloth. Of course he is going to make a big deal, but it’s nothing. Well, now her plans are turned upside down. This was a mistake, or was it?
