HEY WEEBS ON TUMBLR I NEED YOUR HELP!!

When I was a kid, there were quite a few dubbed animes on Television. A few of them were Pokémon and Beyblade V force and G revolution and of course Dragon balls. Back then I didn’t know what anime was but I loved watching these. There is this one anime that I vaguely remember, could you help me remember it?? It was an anime about bicycle racing?? They used to race their bicycles and have bicycle races and who ever won would get the other’s bicycle medal?? I remember they used to name their bicycle and one such bicycle of a girl was named Neptune. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

I need help finding a movie (if anyone has watched it before)

All I remember is that the main character goes onto the roof of his school at one point and one of his classmates has a bomb strapped to them and tries to kill them.
