If you are in the USA and, like me, hate talking on the phone there is a help line called Crisis Textline!!! They can help with whatever you're dealing with, from emotional distress to suicidal thoughts. Please look at their website here: https://www.crisistextline.org/

I'm literally message one of their agents as I type this out, the person I've been talking to has somehow made me feel ok again. So if you are in distress please please please just send these guys a hello, they'll do their best.
