For the first time in its history, gardening has taken on a role that transcends the needs of the gardener. Like it or not, gardeners have become important players in the management of the nation’s wildlife.

Hi friends, I'm raising money for the environment for the worlds wildlife foundation. I would really love it if you could help me out. My goal is $1,000 by May 11,2017 which also happens to be my birthday 🎉! For my birthday I would love to give back to the world in anyway necessary. I thought animals and wildlife felt like the perfect way to help out a little because a little goes along way.
Bread is bad for squirrels. It lacks nutritional value and can cause health issues like malnutrition and vitamin deficiencies, which can be fatal. Instead, feed them fruits, vegetables, seeds, and unsalted nuts. *PLEASE LOOK THIS UP FOR ANY WILDLIFE AND PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THEM SO DEPENDENT ON YOU TO BRING THEM FOOD.
Please join the Center for Biological Diversity's efforts to protect wildlife and wild places.

Something that everyone should know, leave the leaves. Sadly I see many people removing dry leaves without even considering how much damage it is done to nature, wildlife and so much more.
"Besides providing the right plants, and protecting your garden from pesticides, one of the next most valuable things you can do to support pollinators and other invertebrates is to provide them with the winter cover they need in the form of fall leaves and standing dead plant material. Frequently however, this is the hardest pill for gardeners to swallow."
