Protect the animals tonight.
Fireworks can be loud, scary, and even dangerous. Especially to animals that don't understand what they are. Please keep your beloved companions safe tonight. Keep them indoors and away from any and all fireworks. If your pet is easily frightened by the loud noises try making a dark, safe place for them. Blankets and cuddles help loads for a frightened doggo. Keep birds away from glass windows and cover up their cages if they seem stressed out, too.

TW LEECHES
ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO SWIM IN LAKES AND CREEKS OR BEACHES AND STUFF If you come out and you have a leech on you it's okay! Stay calm and DO NOT RIP IT OUT. That hurts the leech and can leave some of their teeth in you. The most the leech can probably take even at its biggest size is like 10 drops of blood, which hardly affects you at all. What you need to do is gently stroke the leaches back for at least one minute and if it doesn't fall off, then you can rip it off.
