We aren’t asking to send them on a trip to Disneyland, we aren’t asking for funding for a cool new piece of technology for them, we are simply asking for a little kindness to help keep their family with utilities and food in their pantry until they can find a job that will. They are both looking tirelessly to no avail. They lost their car, they lost most everything worth any substantial value to pay for the simple things in life that we all take for granted. One simple accident has kept this man from working when he has worked hard all his life. They just need a little break, just the security of knowing when they wake that the utilities will stay on until work comes. That they have the food to make a few simple meals a day.
