Laurel and Hardy in Two Tars, Big Business, You’re Darn Tootin, Hog Wild, Laughing Gravy, Helpmates, The Music Box, Towed in a Hole and Dirty Work (shorts from 1928-1933) and the feature Blockheads (1938). The first three titles are silent.
The shorts were directed by James Parrott (4), James W Horne (2), Edgar Kennedy, George Marshall, and Lloyd French. Blockheads was directed by John G Blystone. John G. was born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and had 109 director credits, from many shorts from 1914, his first feature in 1923 with Lupino Lane (Ida Lupino’s father), to Blockheads, his final credit in 1938. He also co-directed Our Hospitality in 1923 with Buster Keaton.
