Hey everybody
When I was a kid I watched a comedy skit, maybe on MTV or comedy central and I can't for the life of me to find it again.
It was about a robber or murder, I think he tried to run over people?
So one of the victims goes to the police to make a sketch, and the artist makes a cartoonish drawing of a guy in a little car with a speech balloon or something that said VRUM VRUM
One thing leads to another and in the end the suspect appears
And he really IS a cartoon who says VRUM VRUUM
Anyway, please help me find it?
