I have a safe home, a loving family, good friends, a great career, my health and a lot of happiness in my life. The things I am afraid of are trivial #firstworldproblems I do not fear for my life, or the lives of my loved ones. This is not the case for many civilian Syrians. With an amazing team of motivated, caring people, I have started a charity, a movement, called 1 Smile at a Time, with the goal of helping Syrian refugees in Syria, Turkey and Iraq.
