Top 5 Tips to Stay Fit and Healthy for School
A lot of students ask me “How to Stay Fit and Healthy?” Apparently, common sense is not always common practice. In this post, I have made a list of top 5 Tips to Stay Fit and Healthy for School.
1. How to Stay Fit and Healthy for School: Pack Your Lunch at Night
You know that you are going to sleep in and your morning choice will be either junk food or, in the worst case scenario, no food at all. No one wants to starve!
Even if the packing process takes you 15 minutes, it’s always better to do it at night. Another great option would be prepping lunches on Sundays. Dedicate an hour of your time to preparing lunches for an upcoming week. It will make your life so much easier.
2. Tips to Stay Fit and Healthy for School: Reusable Water Bottle
Bring a reusable water bottle. You want to keep yourself extremely hydrated throughout the day, no matter where you are. Even if you are not allowed to keep water on the desk, have it in your backpack and make sure to constantly refill the bottle.
Reusable water bottles are cheap. You can find a bottle at Walmart or order one on Amazon.
3. How to Stay Fit and Healthy for School: 30-minute Walk/Run
Spend 30 minutes out of your night or morning and go for a walk/run. You don’t need expensive gym memberships to stay fit. Take your dog or just go to a grocery store next block. Spend 30 minutes a day moving.
4. Tips to Stay Fit and Healthy for School: Weight Circuits
You don’t need any crazy equipment to do this. Exercise in your bedroom. Do a couple of sets of squads, a few sets of lunges and a quick abs workout. Just make sure you stay off of your bed. 15-minute workout every day will help your body stay fit.
5. How to Stay Fit and Healthy for School: Don’t Skip Breakfast
If you skip breakfast, you will be binging later. Even if you are not hungry, just have a quick smoothie. Make sure you always get something in the morning. In addition to binging, skipping breakfast may slow your metabolism.
