This editor grades paragraphs based on readability, which is a bit of a double edged sword. Yes, it's a great tool to point out which sentences MAY had been overly complex, and needs a bit of correction. For writing complex material that requires longer in-depth explanations, this app falls short. Marking sentences that only lower leveled readers may struggle with, for correction. Which encourages short, simplified, dull, and choppy sentences that do not flow well nor elegantly at all.

I would recommend this app for writing pick a part essays and other analytical pieces, but only as a base draft for everything else. Which is why this app should only be used as a tool to help condense and clear up writings for a base draft. Afterwords, throw in some adverbs to dramatize and describe scenes in stories, philosophical pieces, and posts. If you please, that is. Keep in mind that some will have to adapt the way they type if using this app for posts, the Hemingway editor will mark out all adverbs. Which will result in your writings being less descriptive.
