my timeline of my Dr. Loboto opinion is many long years of ambiently remembering him as that guy who says the funny manatee line in PN1

then being told people REALLY like him, and im like huh? that guy??

then in the week of anticipation up to the sequel I finally watched an LP of ROR and was like OH! JESUS CHRIST HOW HORRIFYING!

then afterwards I enjoyed the high octane energy his character delivers in voice and body acting in ror and the sequel (his stupid little skip is great)

so my opinion on the guy NOW is like, he's really fun!! while not a top contender for fav I now definitely see his appeal as a silly little man, he's off his shit and I love that for him. his memory vaults are so fucking funny
