≪ アンリ・ボワイヨ ≫

1885年、現在の当主であるアンリ氏の祖父、アンリ・ボワイヨ氏がドメーヌとしての歴史をスタート。

現当主であるアンリ氏は創業当時から数えて５代目。父親の時代は『ドメーヌ・ジャン・ボワイヨ』。

約14haの畑を所有し、赤ワインと白ワインはちょうど半分ずつ生産。

葡萄の品質に対する完璧主義者として有名で、使用する樽は通常用いられる228L樽ではなく独自に考案した350L樽。 ワインと樽との接点を少なくし、緩やかな熟成を促すため。

葡萄の栽培においてはリュット・レゾネを実践。

1996年には、白ワインのネゴシアンものを造るため、『メゾン・アンリ・ボワイヨ』を設立。
