Hey i was just reminded of that post i made of my most recent Emerald ville/Emerald valley redesigns, remember that? Remember how i implied I'd have more to show? And then i didn't make any more posts?
Okay i gotta admit something, i wasn't lying, i did have more OCs and stuff to show off but as I'm sure isn't even remotely a secret at thus point, i have autism, and my worlds and OCs and stuff are my special interests, which i jump between constantly.
I do love these characters and their world and wanna post about them, but it can be easy to let another hyperfixation grab hold of you, especially with the fact my OCs don't really ever get any engagement, so my brain feels like no one cares or wants to see them or whatever. Not to shame anyone or whatever of course, it's not really anyone's fault, i just wish more people wanted to talk about my blorbos, as it were. But it's fine, i can also just post my OCs to post them.
Speaking of which, part of the issue with me jumping hyperfixations was that i wanted to wait until i had MORE characters to show off, and then i didn't make anymore. Well good news, for the time being, i am back on my Emerald valley world building hyperfixation again, and have been specifically working on going back and finding as many old and unused OCs as i can and trying to rework them for the world of Emerald valley. So now i actually do have something to show. We'll see how long it lasts but for now, if you silently enjoy my OCs from the shadows or something like that, look out because new characters will be posted sooner rather than later.
