Could you imagine how Esperanza and Hepatus first met, like.... I can see Esperanza working a metal factory and a ‘client’ shows up, and he can’t stop staring at this cute hispanic woman. But then he’s mind totally changes when she punches some dude’s lights out for calling her a racist slur and then she just looks the smith god dead in the eye and says ‘and what the hell are you looking at pendejo??!” and Hepatus just stutters ‘n-nothing’ and looks away but he glances back at her cause he thought she was pretty at first but now it's like ‘by zeus she can kick my ass too? where do i sign up?’
But then it turns out the badass hispanic woman also has a very tender side cause then Hepatus feels a little down casue Aphrodite is ‘visiting’ ares again and the mortal then tells him that ‘people like that belong in a special place’

this causes Hepatus to burst into laughter and but then when the woman starts blushing at hepatus laugh now the smith god is blushing. and they are like ‘how bout we talk more?’
Just.... Esperanza and Hepatus bonding and falling in love. I have so many headcannons over this
