adhd can be many things. Like going to Ireland and forgetting that you could talk about Doctor Who and have people actually understand you, while simultaneously making an entire Dark × Doctor Who crossover in your mind in which Jonas becomes a Time Lord by basically stealing the Doctor's chameleon arch (which works for him and basically nobody else because when he was a kid he looked into the tunnel/Untempered Schism where he saw Martha), the paradoxical nature of his existence clashes with his newfound Time Lord energy whateverthefuck, obliterating his world and sending him and the Doctor with the TARDIS back to the Doctor's universe, also Jonas gets injured while travelling with the Doctor, he dies, he regenerates into Sonja Tannhaus again (like the fourteenth doctor having the same face as the tenth) discovers he was reincarnated from Sonja, slowly recovers his memories and reconciles his two identities, now he also has to grieve Marek and Charlotte, also the Doctor doesn't tell him about the possibility of refusing to regenerate because he knows Jonas/Sonja would definitely do that, so the Doctor kinda just avoids the topic and speaks as if a Time Lord is inherently immortal, because he's the Tenth Doctor and he just lost the Master (who refused to regenerate) and he can't do this again, also the second Sonja has blonde hair (because I guess when the Master reincarnated he became blond as a faulty thing? And since Jonas/Sonja would be a sort of anomaly I figured why not, and Svenja Jung has blonde hair in her most recent roles so), eventually they split up and the Jonas/Sonja Time Lord would become known as 'the Stranger'

adhd is also being completely unable to write more than three pages of actual fanfiction about this
