We’re coordinating a group costume and it’s not going well at all - arya and the crew
“We don’t have enough people to be the Losers Club,” Area pointed out for the millionth time. “Besides, I don’t look anything like Bev.”
“You don’t look anything like Eleven, either,” Hot Pie pointed out.
“All I need is a blonde wig and a pink dress and Eggo waffles and everyone will know who I am,” Arya said as if this settled the matter.
“Well we’re not going as Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Neville again,” Gendry said.
“Let’s all go as Stormtroopers,” Lommy suggested.
“That’s stupid,” Arya huffed.
“You’re stupid,” Lommy countered.
“You should be Wendy and the Lost Boys,” Sansa suggested as she sailed through the kitchen to get a La Croix.
No one said anything, mostly because they didn’t want to admit what a good idea that was.
“Well, who would be Peter?” Gendry challenged.
“You, idiot,” Arya said. “You’re the oldest and tallest--but that’s not really saying a lot.”
Gendry frowned. “I’m not wearing tights.”
The other three grinned. They hadn’t considered that. This changed everything.
“I am not,” Gendry said firmly. “You can’t make me.”
As it turned out, they could, and they did, and Gendry never forgave them for the Halloween he had to wear tights.
Okaay so I didn't talk to my supervisor about my name thing, BUT, when I got in today the team lead (whose training me) was like "Hey do you go by Avery or by X because I've heard both" and I told her I go by Avery and she was like "okaay cool you need to use X on the phones, but we'll call you Avery" then we had a meeting later in the day and my supervisor introduced me as Avery, so like, yeah whoever sits near me will hear my dead name, but by the looks of it I'm more than likely going to be sitting near a girl I knew from queer group back when I went by my legal name anyways so it's not really a big deal
