Chapter 169: A Proper Bath
In a small village outside Orzammar, Morrigan interrupts Hera's bath with a personal matter.
“There’s a village not far from here, isn’t there?” Leliana asks when they stop for their midday meal and to rest.
Alistair pulls out their map, taking a moment to find their location. “If we’re here...hey, you’re right, Leliana! There’s a village a little further down the road.”
“Oh, can we find an inn?” Leliana asks, clasping her hands together. “Or a tavern or a barn or anything ! I’m so sick of dwarves and camping. I want a nice clean bed made for a human’s height!”
“Is it safe to stop at an inn?” Wynne asks. “We’re already taking a chance by traveling along the Imperial Highway. Loghain’s men could be waiting in every village.”
“In which case, we will deal with them once they show their dastardly faces,” Zevran growls.

Chapter 161: Raw Lyrium
After a strange and difficult battle, Hera learns just how powerful raw lyrium is. Wynne begins to see through Hera's lies.
The door sticks when Hera pushes on it. She’s about to kick it in with supernatural strength when, with a chuckle, Oghren swaggers forward and nudges her aside. “Hey Ugly, let a dwarf handle it,” he says confidently, pulling a hammer the size of his fist from his belt.
Hera watches, fascinated, as he taps the door in what seems random spots before striking it hard in the bottom left corner. Dust falls and the door shudders before he pushes it open with one hand. The hinges scream in protest, but move at his command.
“Oh, impressive,” Hera coos, nudging him with her hip. “You should teach me that sometime.”
He wrinkles his red nose in utter revulsion and takes a few steps away from her. “Why in the stone would I do that?”
Hera puckers her lips at him and raises her eyebrows. “Never know when a girl needs a party trick. You dwarves are tough nuts to crack.”
“And I thought you couldn’t get uglier,” Oghren mutters, slipping his hammer back into his belt.
Hera ignores him, her eyes traveling down the dark hallway to the one source of light beyond the door. “Seven hells,” she breathes, starting down the hall slowly. “What is it?”

“You’re here, and you’re real,” he whispers, pressing his forehead to hers.
“I’m here,” Hera says softly, trying not to close her eyes in case this is a dream.
“I’m never letting you go again.”
Gorgeous artwork done by NuraMax on twitter that I am just IN LOVE with! This is for a future chapter of The Wrong Warden, which I hope will break all your hearts with joy.
