*drags themself in, already face down on the floor* let me tell you about the very basis of my lionflame hc; about how Prometheus has loved Heracles for centuries, has seen the worst and best of him, and that he CAN'T TELL HIM THAT (just yet) because it's been like, a few months, at most And Heracles is falling for him, sure, but the sheer difference of time scale and depth of emotion and perspective

i really want to finish the Prometheus focused story i have planned bc it deals with this specifically!!

him falling for this hero over the course of millennia and then FINALLY getting to meet him, and then it's suddenly very very fragile because there are a lot of possibilities and futures and there very much are some where Heracles does not care for him or ones where he leaves
