This spawned from a conversation with my sister as we were talking about projecting mine and her problems with our puberties onto Lili Zanotto.
I was thinking Lili would be closer to eighth grade when she first gets puberty started, around 14 years old.
But as we were discussing that, we realized that Lili would later learn about smut stuff ESPECIALLY considering what pollen is. And my sister brought up she has fire powers, she'd have an Aloe plant in her room.
As one with pyrogenesis pyrokinesis, Lili most likely has some aloe on hand. And since her family is known for a green thumb with their herbophony she'd not just have aloe in a container, I think she'd have a full aloe plant.
So my sister and I came up with... Sebastian.
Sebastian, an aloe plant that Lili really likes, is one of the only aloe plants that encourages her to take off its leaves and use them for burns. It's one of the only plants that actually likes it happening! And is excited whenever Lili needs to nurse a burn or brings someone in to help them with their burns. (Usually Raz because he burns easy (this is something he says in RoR).)
Truman meanwhile, is counting the days until his daughter figures out exactly what Sebastian's deal is.
