You can still follow a low-carb diet and enjoy the tasty crunch of these garlic and herb croutons. They are great for topping salads or soups.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir until well combined and forms a dough-like consistency. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Break the dough into small crouton-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the croutons are golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
