These oven-baked potato fries with herbed sea salt are a delicious and healthier alternative to deep-fried fries. The combination of aromatic herbs and sea salt elevates the flavor to a whole new level.
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary. 2 teaspoons dried thyme. 2 teaspoons dried oregano. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized fries. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the potato fries to the bowl and toss them in the herbed olive oil mixture until they are evenly coated. Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with additional sea salt if desired, and enjoy your herbed sea salt potato fries!
