Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, blackened seasoning, and salt until evenly coated. Arrange the coated wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
