"It's not so much telling as requesting, really. I've--I know this is a lot to ask, but the Herald's been trying to do a piece on the Kaiju black market. We know that the PPDC's got unofficial dealings with someone called Hannibal Chau, who we understand is--right at the very top of the food chain in the black market. We -- well, fine, I was hoping the PPDC could put me in touch with him. I've spent the past couple of months trying to track him down but I've been getting nothing but dead ends."
