I'm planning on ordering one of the Peter Parker replica jackets within the next few weeks. What measurements would you recommend including other than the ones listed on there?

To be honest, those required measurements are the only ones I've ever needed. And from what I know from other people that have ordered from them, they're really flexible and will fit your jacket to your exact specifications if you communicate with 'em. :)
