So, here's my heart for you if you want it.
It's got a couple bruises on it.
Sometimes it breaks down and it doesn't work quite right, but you bring it back to life.

Era da una vita che non postavo una cover. Chitarra scordata, capotasto con la matita e gli elastici sempre presenti. #cover #saywecanfly #heresmyheart #guitar https://www.instagram.com/p/BqK2-PSiTWe/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1iedkhmp7ygon
Finished! LHN's #2017nashvilleneedleworkfreebie @littlehouseneedleworks #heresmyheart. I used the suggested @classiccolorworks fibers and another fiber that I had in my stash (#gentleartfibers rosegarden). I've made a couple of changes (stitched the hearts and wording in Rose Garden). I love the way it turned out 😊 #littlehouseneedleworks #crossstitch #crossstitchersofinstagram (at Beaufort, South Carolina)

To whom it may concern.
I know that there is probably no one reading this, but if you are, thank you very much. Honestly this blog is more for me to just get my thoughts out and you’re probably thinking, “Well why don’t you just write in a journal?” Trust me, I do. But sometimes I like to post what I’m thinking about in hopes that it can help someone. Tonight, my heart and mind are very heavy. Heavy for the job I’m working at. For my friends and family and for people I barely know. For the opportunities I have coming my way. For the calling God has placed on my life and so much more. I can tell you something, I know I am called. Do I always feel called? Absolutely not. Do I have days where I feel like God probably picked the wrong person for the assignment? Absolutely. But here’s the thing that I keep reminding myself of. God has placed me where I am for such a time as this. He had, has, and will forever have a plan for my life. I know what God has called me to and to be honest today I got some not terrible, but not great news about something and I was upset, but I know God is in control. It’s a very simple thing that will take one semester of two classes to fix, but I wish it could be something that didn’t have to happen. I know God has called me to go to school to be a Social Worker. The other day someone asked me why I wanted to go into Social work and I started crying because I just gave them my heart. I laid it all out, like I had laid it out at the Lord’s feet time and time again. I said here’s my heart and my vision. I believe everyone has the right to have someone fighting for them and I also believe everyone has the right to know Jesus. That’s why I also want to be a missionary. I am humbled that God would allow me to step in certain areas of life and minister to people. I have come a long way and stepped out in faith many times, but I’m not done yet. I have so much more to accomplish and work to do for the Kingdom of God. And I am ready for every minute of it. I am in love with people I have never met and places I have never even been to. It is my heart’s desire to be the person I needed as a child. I never want a child or adult to ever feel like there is no hope left in this world. I never want someone to have to feel the pain that I have felt. Will they? Probably so. Can I help them carry that pain easier? I pray God lets me help them carry that load and love them through it. My heart is torn in serval places, because my life has become far more than I ever imagined. And I owe it all the Creator of the world. God has given me grace, mercy, forgiveness, but most of all love. I am overwhelmed by His love and grace. The best is still yet to come and there is far more ahead. I am so ready to continue on this journey the Lord has placed before me.
