❝ Glynda! It’s been too long. How have you been? Well, I trust? ❞
@herguidance for: oobleck.
“you need a break, glynda.” it’s a rare instance of his voice being soft, calm. he looks over the rim of his glasses at her with a furrowed brow, icy blue eyes wide with worry. “beacon is important, but you are not the only one who has to carry this. you look tired.” so does he, but when has he looked anything else? “all i’m asking is you spend one night with an old friend and pretend the world isn’t ending for a moment.” bartholomew adds that last part with a smirk and a small laugh. “please?”
charlie had been, like, five minutes away from falling asleep. her arms crossed over her chest, body slumped in the remarkably uncomfortable chair, legs splayed outwards and mossy green eyes fixed on the wall. glynda’s consciousness shoves a pin in her brain kind of like how an alarm clock would wake her up if she ever bothered setting one. she sits up, immediately groaning as her stiff back makes the very strong argument of ow, that fuckin’ hurts.
“jeez... you think they make these seats uncomfortable on purpose? get medical bills from visitors or somethin’?” charlie straightens up and fixes glynda with a lopsided grin. “how are you feelin’?”

winter regrets being stubborn, ep. 16 | @herguidance
“you know, perhaps those crutches were not such an insult after all.”
with an arm wrapped across her torso, winter’s pace had already slowed considerably from when they set out from base camp along the deserted street of a newly-reformed shopping district. that’s not to say her composure was anything less than steel, but fooling glynda was not an endeavour she had the energy for. not with several broken ribs and internal bruising her aura hadn’t yet had the time to clear up.
winter’s free hand rose, even now preemptively refusing any help that glynda might offer. her eyes scanned the storefronts, searching.
“is your coffee shop much farther?”

his mouth is agape and eyes wide as the boy looks up at her. “ you’re glynda goodwitch, “ oscar murmurs in awe. these memories--these emotions--clearly aren’t his, but overwhelm him all the same. this isn’t his place and ozpin doesn’t even need to ask for oscar to give him control. eyes flash a glowing yellow before the boy’s posture changes and gloved hands are held behind his back.
“ glynda. “ ozpin’s voice is soft as he smiles up at her. “ i am truly grateful to see you well. “

❛ i cannot stop him from disappearing ❜
He stares at her, brow furrowed in concern. There’s no need to ask who she means——they both know. But he doesn’t know how to answer her, even though it’s something he’s asked himself countless times before.
How do they hold on to someone who will change into someone else eventually?
❝We’ll find him again, Glynda,❞ he reassures her, touching a hand to her upper back. ❝But he hasn’t disappeared yet. Isn’t it a little premature to worry?❞ He offers a small smile down at her, but he knows why she’s worrying already.
Because it’s happened to her before——and she’s afraid of it happening again.
Hello! Moro here. Just need to make 2 small addendums to my application for Glynda. First off under the wardrobe section, she has a pendant necklace. The pendant is the symbol of Vale. The second adjustment goes under the notes section. Glynda has an allergy to dogs. While not strong enough to cause hives, she does get teary eyed, congested and sneezy due to their fur and dander. Thank you so much!
hi moro!!
those amendments have been processed for you.
