While instructing a 4-day Weaving class this past week, I was talked into visiting a heritage pig farm. By the end of the farm visit I was so impressed by the operation and set up and the very good sense this type of farming makes, I bought several cuts of pork and promised to be back in contact with the owners because it IS all connected! #mangalitsa #heritagefarming #exploringthefarmsofWisconsin #pigletsarecute (at Chickadee Hills Homestead)
