supposed to do an osce today but i get to placement and an hour in i start feeling absolutely crook. my ce is gonna think i’m trying to skip out on it but i feel garbo and i really don’t wanna infect the kids with whatever i might have
i have to do a full paediatric head to toe assessment on an actual patient today and i’m so godsdamned nervous
like it’s one thing to auscultate a pt on salbutamol and it’s another to go ‘hey sick kid + stressed mum, can i do an extensive assessment with no clinical indication/need while my ce stands in the corner and watches?’
