"Wild Access!" - When a badass power ranger actor recognises you're ready to be a ranger yourself 😎 💛 I honestly can't believe yesterday happened, I met and got to chat to @alysonkipermansullivan, aka Taylor Earhardt, yellow wild force ranger, who's probably one of the nicest power ranger actors I've met, it was honestly so cool that she came to do a meet and greet, even cooler that she has family in Ireland, but yeah she chatted everyone equally and told us some cool things about her series and her time as a ranger, even better she complimented me on my morph pose, shoes and on the fact I wore yellow and I wouldn't have changed that for the world and as I told her, to this day, she's still a badass! (Go to the last video when she called my pose excellent, best moment ever) 💛 Thanks to the amazing @heroescafedublin for hosting it too! 💛 💛 #heroescafe #heroescafedublin #alysonkiperman #alysonkipermansullivan #taylorearhardt #yelloweagleranger #yellowwildforceranger #yellowranger #yellowpowerranger #powerrangers #powerangerswildforce #wildforce #wildaccess #wildzordsdescend #oncearangeralwaysaranger #meetandgreet (at Capel Street) https://www.instagram.com/p/CmUPc7yNwY5/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Sometimes you guys ask me questions or send me messages that aren't directed at the heroes themselves, so I've decided to open up my office so we can communicate without filling the cafe with messages like these.
You can find the Managers Office here.
Excuse the mess. It's not easy to run a cafe for heroes, trust me.
So, with the recent posts from The Villains Bar and The Heroes Cafe, I was inspired to write a small fanfic inspired from them. So without further ado...
Title: Not Exactly A Pick Up From School
Characters: Thor, Kid!Loki, Tony, Morarity, Crowley, Gabriel, The Master, Ikol/Loki
Thor had been very surprised when Ikol showed up. Tony Stark had insisted Thor join him at the hero’s café after a day in board meetings citing that helping Pepper Potts manage a company was superhero work as well. Thor had agreed, for he was always willing to share an ale with a friend and comrade. Tony and Thor were only into their third tankards when the raven bird appeared out of thin air and perched on the table the two shared.
“HEY! Who let the damn pigeon in?” Tony slurred loudly, looking around. “Doesn’t this violate some health code? Just because we’re heroes doesn’t mean we can’t keep up on regulations for this sort of thing.”
It took Thor a moment to recognize the bird before exclaiming “Ikol!” and then turning to Tony explaining, “This is no earth pigeon my friend. This is Ikol the magpie. He is an essence of my brother, Loki.”
Tony Stark stared at Thor for a moment, looked at Ikol, then back to Thor. “Thor, buddy, I know this stuff is strong and your brother is good at shape shifting... but that is a bird.” Thor sighed and opened his mouth to speak but the black bird cut in first.
“I wouldn’t expect you to understand, you drunk egomaniac. You don’t comprehend anything past wires and bits of metal.” The Bird hopped from foot to foot, his voice a sharp and gravely version of Loki’s.
“Who are you calling an egomaniac? I’m not the one who tried to take over the world.” Tony retorted angrily, shoving his finger under the bird’s beak. Ikol snapped his beak at the offending digit and Tony yanked it back before being bitten.
Thor reached his hand out to create a barrier between the two, addressing Ikol directly. “Why have you come here, brother?” He tried to keep his voice low and calm, not wanting to attract the attention of the other patrons. Already Katniss was eyeing the bird out of the corner of her eye and Watson had lowered his newspaper to openly stare and frown.
“My younger self has somehow been ripped out of the past and is at the Villains bar. I want him gone this instant!” Ikol snapped, flapping his wings to indicate the urgency he felt the situation warranted. Thor knew that his brother would only contact him if he was in distress this badly. The god of thunder frowned and stood up.
“Are you in danger, my brother?” He asked.
Ikol took flight, shrieking, “My child self is in a room full of villains including myself and several cannibals and is being told of what I become. A naive CHILD is in danger you idiot!” He swooped down on Thor’s head, clipping an ear with his talon. “Get over there before the time stream is disrupted and I somehow die!”
Thor nodded and picked up Mjölnir. “I beg your pardon, Tony Stark. I am needed for an urgent manner. I shall repay you for this invitation tonight, if you would give me the honor.”
Tony slumped in his seat and waved him off with the glass of scotch in his hand. “No problem there Point Break, do what you need to.” Thor nodded his head graciously before turning back to Ikol.
“Take me there now.”

There was plenty of magic to protect the Villains Bar from the heroes. But Loki must have disarmed some of the wards because it took only a minimal amount of hammering to break into the dark bar. He expected to be greeted with violence and rage. Instead his got disapproving looks and some raised eyebrows.
“Are you going to pay for that or shall I just bill the café?” A man behind the bar with dirty strawberry blonde hair asked. He had a playful grin and seemed nonchalant to have the god of Thunder standing in his bar.
Thor raised his arm and pointed at him. “I've come for my brother, Loki. And if he has been harmed, you will regret going after a son of Asgard.” Thor was deadly serious but only got a few scoffs from the otherwise silent and unimpressed crowd.
“Which brother are you talking about?” the bartender asked, his grin growing wider. “If you’re talking about the big one with an ass you put coals up and make into diamonds... then he’s still in my bed.” Thor’s eyes narrowed and he stepped forward, raising his hammer before another man, a young gentleman in a suit spoke up.
“Ms. Lovett and Lector are keeping an eye on him.” He said. He quirked his eyebrows and inclined his head slightly further into the dark bar.
“Aw Jim, you just had to ruin the fun.” The bartender jokingly moaned. Jim Moriarty’s lips twitched in a semblance of a smirk before he hid it behind a teacup. Thor glowered but nodded his head once at the two before cautiously proceeding into the bar.
He passed several villains on his way, all who remained seated and unperturbed. Two ladies in sophisticated business clothes and pearl necklaces even smiled coyly at him, one going so far as to bat her eyelashes. He recognized the bolder of them as Abaddon, the redhead vixen from Dean Winchester’s tales. He tried hard to give a stern glare in return but she merely laughed softly.
A man with squinty eyes pointed a thumb over his shoulder and said, “Back there,” before turning to another man, older and plumper who smirked at Thor.
He had only been in the bar for a few moments but already an internal panic was staring to rise in Thor. These villains showed no fear, boredom even, and seemed all too willing to give up his brother. Past experience showed that the enemies they fought rarely gave anything up from their greedy clutches. Thor could only pray that Loki wasn't already dead because he hadn't come in time and was now retrieving a body.
The fear was dashed momentarily when he reached a cluster of chairs in the corner. A man and woman sat in their own chairs on either side of Loki. Thor’s heart clenched painfully at the sight of his brother, looking the age before all the animosity between them began, when they had both held Odin’s hand as he told them they would be kings. “Loki.” He murmured in relief and the young child’s head shot up, a wide smile spreading across his face.
“Thor!” Loki jumped up and ran straight to Thor, wrapped his arms around his brother’s waist. Thor rested a hand on top of Loki’s head, trying to remember the last time Loki had willingly embraced him. He didn't let his guard down though, his hammer raised as he stared at the two adults who had also stood and were now facing him.
An older man with narrow eyes and a prim looking suit held out his hand. “Hello. I’m Hannibal Lector and this is Ms. Lovett. I assure you, Young Loki here was not harmed. The current and adult Loki came in shortly after the young one appeared in our bar. I can promise you,we did not abduct him nor do any of of us know how he got here.”
The woman with greasy looking hair broke in, “Oh yes, let no harm come to him we did, I personally made sure, I love children and they love me.” She gave a lopsided smile that showed rotted and crooked teeth. She had a crazy gleam in her eye and Thor non-too subtly pushed the smaller version of Loki behind him.
“When I find out how this happened-” Thor started to threaten.
“We know already, you’ll make us regret it, your brother already said as much,” interrupted a voice from behind them. Thor whirled, pulling Loki closer to him and raising Mjölnir higher. The two men who had pointed the direction both stood next to each other, holding glasses of liquor loosely in their hands. It was the plump and wider eyed of the two that had spoken and he still had a smirk on his face. “Screamed it actually. He’s a rather touchy fellow, isn’t he?” He bowed his head slightly and introduced himself. “Crowley. King of Hell. Pleasure finally meeting you.” He gestured to the man next to him. “This is Mister Saxon. You met Gabriel and Mr. Moriarty up at the bar.”
Thor was ready to grab Loki and bash his way out but the mention of his adult brother gave him pause. “Where is Loki now?” He demanded.
Crowley shrugged and lifted his glass to take a drink. The one he had heard The Doctor refer to as The Master answered for his companion. “He fled. The sight of the child was more than he could bear. We were just about to give you a call.”
Thor nodded and gripped Loki’s shoulder. “And you’re going to let us walk out?” He asked warily.
“Provided you actually use the door this time, yes.” Crowley drawled.
Thor eyed them suspiciously and the two men stepped to the side. Giving Loki’s shoulder a light push, he started to march his brother back past all the villains. Behind him, Ms. Lovett raised her voice, calling a goodbye. “Goodbye Loki! You can always come back and bake cookies with me, I have a special recipe!”
Stopping at the hole in the wall he created, he turned back to the bar, many faces staring passively back at him. “I apologize for the mess.” Thor said awkwardly.
Gabriel waved a hand, dismissing it. “Don’t worry; I’ll add it to Loki’s tab later.” A mischievous smile grew and the trickster added slyly, “He can pay me in a variety of ways.” Thor tensed but as Loki’s mouth opened to say something, he picked his small brother up, hugged him to his chest and they flew out of there.
“Hey Barton!” Gabriel called. “Get out here; we need a clean-up!”

When Thor returned to the hero’s café with Loki in tow, Ikol was nowhere in sight. Tony was right where he had left him, although he was wildly drunk and had by now engaged Jack Harkness in a spirited drinking game that seemed to revolve around throwing things at Logan and having the mutant catch them with his blades.
Thor led Loki to a quiet corner, signaling Kaylee (who was currently serving as the barista for the day) for a glass of water. Sitting down across from his younger brother, Thor sighed and stared across the table with a growing sadness, not even knowing where to start.
Loki broke the silence first, asking “Why was he so angry? The older me, I mean. I didn’t do anything.” He sounded confused and a little hurt and Thor resisted curling his hand around the kid’s neck and bringing their heads together as he use to do.
“You remind him of all he’s left behind.” Thor replied, trying to be as vague as possible and not admit the atrocities his counterpart would later commit.
Loki was silent for a few minutes, not even looking up when Kaylee brought a glass of apple juice and a yellow napkin that had a giant smiley face on it. The young girl smiled enourgingly at Thor who could only managed a tight and forced smile in response. She patted Loki’s shoulder and once she had left, he spoke up again, his voice small. “Am I going to grow up to be evil like all of them?”
“You’re not evil Loki,” Thor started vehemently. “You’re my brother.”
Although his head was bowed, Thor heard the sniffle and could hear the catch in Loki’s voice as he asked again, “Are…Are you going to send me away too? I’m…I’m sorry.” Although it was clear he was struggling valiantly not to cry, tears started to slip down Loki’s cheeks.
Thor’s resolve broke and he slipped out of his chair to kneel on the floor next to his brother. Taking hold of Loki’s chin lightly and tilting up, he looked into his brother’s eyes and smiled. “No. You’ll stay here with me, and I’ll take care of you.” Loki’s lower lip trembled before he throw himself onto Thor, burying his face in Thor’s neck and letting the hot tears flow.
Thor swallowed hard and hugged his brother tightly, whispering into his ear, “I’ll always come for you when you need me. Always.”
