The reason Steb doesn't talk much is because his gills are a little extra sensitive than most and being dried out super irritates them (think like talking with a sore throat) but can manage regular conversation fine provided he has a large enough bottle of water handy

Some of the merca definitely didnt think much if LT when he showed up. He's the youngest by 4 years. An inch shorter then Scout, and built smaller.

And boy does he use that to advantage. He lets people underestimate him so he always has the upper hand.
