No Country can not be in love relations with a human Why cant a country be in a love relation with a human you ask? One: The power of the country’s would get unbalanced if the human becomes a country *depends on how big the country is ect*. If the country is not serious with the relationships and makes the human a country *other words, have sex* that wouldn't be good balance for the country, in order for the country to be somewhat stable, the two have to be in sync, or the country that was once human would die eventually *would come back, but that’s another theory* Two: Who came up with this absurd rule? Russia came up with the rule, as its stated no country can be in a relationship with a Human…..but why was the rule made? Long ago, Russia went 2p *this is my view so DONT bash please* and lets just say his 2P went out and made MANY girls into country. So thats why he has many states *dont know what they are called* in his country, he can handle the power now but back then it took the most energy out of him having all those different states.
