I KNEW IT I FUCKIN NEW IT. I had been thinking for a while that the latest chapters were being OVERLY CAREFREE AND FUN. I was very close to pointing it out until today’s update came. and god.

GUYS i just realized that this is from how they view each other from their point of view like LOOK:

The first one is from mo’s point of view and the second from he tian’s. And they both have huge simbolism about their feelings at this point:

For He tian, Mo is the only thing that there’s in the panel, that’s how important Mo is to him, and undeniable proof that he tian has feelings for him. Mo’s the center of his world at this moment, where they are or the people that could be looking at them doesn’t matter. Mo is the only thing He tian is seeing, and he’s also the reason he’s smiling like we never have seen him. And don’t even get me started on how tenderly he’s holding mo’s face, i could literally start crying rn.

While He tian’s point of view expresses that he has acknowledged the fact that he loves Mo, Mo’s pov shows that he is not at that point yet. For Mo, having seen he tian genuinely laugh has made him discover a new side to him, a more honest side, and has caught him off guard, making him blush. In mo’s pov we can see a golden light surrounding he tian. This golden light makes the background fade, but not completely. Not like he tian’s mo’s entirely white background, which perfectly represents how He tian has caught feelings for Mo completely, while Mo is starting to catch them, and slowly realizing and accepting them.
