When Nian was bored that meant it was about to be someone else's problem. Many, especially those who actually knew the fragment would consider this to be a bad thing. And considering just how often she got into "problems" with unwilling partners in crime this was a fair guess.
Thankfully someone was minding their own business which meant she could go in for the kill on a conversation. Something else wasn't completely right about them but it was still early so Nian decided to chalk it up to still haven't fully woken up.
"Don't ask me why. Ya' just have that the look of someone who's good at people watching even when they don't mean it." A real rip roaring start from her yet regardless of their expression she continued with her inquiry.
"I've been looking for my shut-in of a sister. About yay small, resting recluse face, green horns. You wouldn't happen to see her anywhere sulking about right? I gotta run an idea by her for the new concept I'm cooking up"
