The existence of a magical girl is a bleak one, with nary a break or respite in their eternal lifelong battles. For their wishes, which they’ve traded with their very souls, they are bound by this fate of bloodshed. However, within this community, a little rumour begins to spread within Japan’s cities of Asunaro, Kamihama, Kazamino, and even the wrecked Mitakihara. It’s said that there is a witch, powerful enough to destroy the world in only 10 days incubating somewhere . If a magical girl is able to kill this “mega-witch” they would obtain a grief seed able to hold a virtually infinite amount of curses, allowing a magical girl to quit being one entirely.
Within the ruined Mitakihara lies the incubating Witch of Salvation, who holds the ability to level the planet to dust in a matter of days. However, to awaken this awful witch, she must be fed other witches, something complicated due to other witches avoiding her barrier which currently blankets all of Mitakihara due to her immense power. A singular magical girl and her hired mercenaries work in tandem to hatch this witch, but only one truly knows what they are doing. Will this mega-witch be defeated? Or will her heaven decimate the world?
Again, I was inspired by this post by @garr9988. The antagonists of HEXENGARTEN! Only one of them truly knows the weight of their actions and purposefully keeps that a secret! It’s the world’s most toxic polycule! Anyways, the main antagonist of the story is Ameko Miruku, the magical girl behind Quitterie. She feeds both witches and magical girls to Gretchen to make her hatch for Kyubey to collect the energy he needs.

Elenore’s classmate and acquaintance. Ameko is a veritably plain girl, with not much standing out about her. In fact, no one really knows who she is. She was the only person audacious enough to talk to the “ice queen” Elenore, and somehow managed to worm her way into her heart. The only outstanding aspect of her people know is that she loves anime and manga, and even managed to coax Elenore into watching some. She’s often late to class because according to her she got caught up on a new episode and had to stay a few extra minutes to watch.
The truth is, Ameko is a liar. She never was Elenore’s classmate or even a student at her school. Her magic allows her to change how others perceive her. She got this magic from her wish to be the “ideal magical girl” according to Kyubey. She’s the one responsible for the rumour of the mega witch and was the original poster of it on the Maginet, drawing the attention of several magical girls to look for it. The Witch of Salvation was close to hatching, and if it were to hatch, the incubators would be able to gather a bounty of energy, more than enough to fill their quota. However, to fully hatch the witch, Ameko has had to lure several magical girl teams into its barrier and have them witch out within its bounds. However, Ameko could only lure so many teams at a time. However, due to Toshiko creating the Maginet, she was able to spread the rumour of the mega witch nationwide, allowing for several magical girls to track down the mega witch, and inadvertently feed the witch itself. Ameko focused on Elenore, because they needed only 3 more witches to cause the Witch of Salvation to hatch, and all other magical girls now didn’t believe in the rumour anyways. Ameko is planning on betraying both Kitty and Seoyeon and she knows about Elenore’s hesitancy to trust other people and knows that a betrayal would be enough to send her over the edge.
TRIVIA
*Ameko’s original morals and intentions may have been altered or changed by her wish. She didn’t know the full story of magical girls and because her wish specified that she’d “become Kyubey’s ideal magical girl”, she became the magical girl she is.
She adores making cosplays, especially frilly, magical girls.
She has completely rejected her own humanity, and has completely shut out her sense of pain, and regenerates like it’s nothing.
She can actually connect to Kyubey’s Hivemind. In fact, several incubators follow her around and monitor her progress on making the mega-witch hatch.
She nicknamed Kriemhild Gretchen “Hoshi-chan”.

Katerina, or as she nicknamed herself, “Kitty” is a mercenary magical girl who devoted herself entirely to the life of a magical girl. She is a battle crazed maniac on the battlefield, doing everything she can to win. She doesn’t care what happens to her body, as she has enhanced healing and is an extremely adept fighter who isn’t afraid of playing dirty. She swears by the notion that she is strictly neutral and is willing to break her deal with her employer if someone else offers her a greater deal. Despite being so engrossed in fighting, her body doesn’t have any scars on it, usually because she completely heals all of them.
Katerina was born in an unstable household. She was the middle child of three older brothers and three younger brother. She was expected to take care of all her brothers and was the scapegoat for the family’s issues. Everything was her fault, from her parent’s mishaps to her brother’s cruelties. She wanted to go somewhere else, where she wasn’t held back by her family’s mistreatment. When Kyubey approached her, she initially refused the contract until she was used as a scapegoat for her younger brother getting into drugs, her family saying that it was her responsibility to teach him morals as his older sister. Afterwards, Katerina made the wish to have nothing holding her back anymore, which resulted in the downfall of her family (addictions & financial ruin) and her getting disowned by her parents. When she left, she never felt more free, finally able to live by her own rules and not having to worry about anyone else but herself. However, Katerina still yearns for validation and acceptance, and wants more than anything to be loved and to depend on someone. However, due to her upbringing, she’s prone to toxic behaviour and relationships, being clingy and insecure, and aggressive and sometimes violent against her dependents when they don’t act the way she wants them to.
TRIVIA
One of her dependents and ex-girlfriends was Amelia Santos, and Kitty even ran with Kamikaze until she left after Amelia broke up with her.
She likes spicy food, especially Indian food.
She hates cooking and cleaning, so her crappy apartment is in shambles and her fridge is predominantly empty or filled with takeout.
Her new dependent, Ameko plays off her underlying feelings of loneliness and desire for validation to manipulate her to become extra violent towards the main team.
Kitty views Seoyeon as a little sister, but refuses to get close to her.
She loathes Elenore most of all, especially after Amelia gets close to her.
