“ i know we said we were gonna skip birthday’s this year because of what happened last time but . . . ” naomi trails off, taking a seat next to lana on the couch as the twins played in the living room area in front of them. “ you know how much i love gift shopping. especially for birthday’s. and you’re really special to me so i had to. ” she reaches besides her to pull out the medium - sized, neatly wrapped gift and placing it between the two of them. “ happy belated birthday. ” naomi says softly with a smile, urging for lana to open it. last year she had gotten her a necklace which was pretty great and really hard to top. but after many, many brainstorming sessions and lots of online browsing ; she had found the perfect thing. a black jacket with her initials stitched on the front and a very special naomi castillo picture frame with a photo of the twins, lana and herself on it. / @solcnas
