Things are changing and they always will. We just have to know how to go along, how to deal with things that changed. Despite all the changes, don’t stop taking another step forward. Even if you think or feel you have reached that one point in your life or a certain destination, you may stay for a while, but GO and GROW.

GO FOR THAT DREAM, THAT PLAN, THAT WISH, THAT DESIRE, THAT CHANGE. Never be afraid. Because that step you refuse to take might be the worst regret you’ll ever have in your entire life and I know, my heart, you are STRONG, that will always keep on beating no matter how much pain you feel, how much blood you shed and how cruel this world can be. that you will always be out of GOLD, which keeps on loving, on hoping and on believing that everything will be ok.

Bruh, love my body.

Seriously... Just stop showing me signs of me getting fat and all by giving me trainers for Christmas and telling me that I might be interested in working out. Like dude, I LOVE MY BODY RIGHT NOW. My fats are helping me to warm my body especially that the temperature here is going down quickly. So convenient.

But don’t get me wrong. It’s not that I hate working out or sports...

You see, I like doing sports. I took classes of different sports before and I still like being active in sports. I love running. It’s just that I’m busy with all school stuff and it’s freaking cold outside plus SNOWING SO HARD (I love snow ok. But not when I run.). I’m too broke to register in a gym for a year.

Ok, I gained more than 5 kg within 6 months. It’s quite depressing because I had to buy new pairs of jeans. I’M BROKE as .... My legs are getting bigger that’s why. My size is one size bigger now and people notice it too.

Like, “Uy umaano ka na” *blows cheeks out*.

But you know what, I don’t care. I need warmth more than fashion and a beautiful body. It’s not that I’m not taking care of myself, but I prefer giving my body what it NEEDS than what it WANTS TO BE. Lamigin akong tao eh.

I appreciate that you want to spend time with me while doing the thing you love. But just let that motivation come to me by itself. Let me be the one to take initiative and to push myself to do that.

You people out there who had the same situation like this: Don’t let them make you look down at yourself.

LOVE YOUR BODY. No matter what size you have. No matter what it looks like. If you want a change in your life, then do it because YOU WANT IT not because someone said “you should...” or forced you to do so.

Hey Beauty, time to shine!

Time to wake up and stop dreaming of going back to 2016! God has blessed you to live for another year and you should make the best out of it!

I don’t know what you are going through or what you‘ve been through. But no worries, you are not alone in this journey. I AM WITH YOU. I’m struggling from my self-issues and other ever-disturbing negative thingies in my life. I’m still finding myself but I haven’t fully done soul-searching yet because the world needs me to do my responsibilities especially as a pupil. I tend to forgot to live the life I want to have, to take care of myself and blah blah blah. You might have different problems but know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. If only I can hold your hand and look into your eyes, for you to see how serious I am right now - I would, if I could.

If you’re asking yourself, what things should be changed, I’ll answer that for you...

The answer is...

YOU!

Everything you do, you think, you feel etc. It’s your choice. God will always be there to guide you. If you choose to be happy, then you will be happy - if you want to be sad, then frown and bother yourself with bad things. We are so blinded and distracted from a lot of things and we tend to oversee those great little blessings that we receive. But at the end of the day, it’s your choice how to live the life you were blessed with. Yes, i know, you’d tell me “But I’m flawed, imperfect, impure, dumb etc.” That’s what I’m talking about! That’s what you need to change!

How should you change? Sis and Bros (yes this is also about y’all handsome peeps out there!),

ADVICE OF THE DAY:

Always. Get. The. Opportunity. To. Be. Better.

That opportunity is NOW.

Why?

That opportunity is actually the key to become the person you are pursuing to be. That opportunity will give you the pathway to your ideal “ME”. It will show you the capacity you have to make yourself great, if you want to. It can be any situation, you know. If you want to be patient, pray for it and God will surely give you that “opportunity” to test yourself if you can really be patient. And you will always get that chance until you become a patient person. You won’t become something, if you don’t actually act “it”. Know that you won’t be that kind of person right away. It will take blood and sweat - meaning you will have failures, errors but like they always say... PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. But don’t be so hard on yourself.

Make your errors into your inspiration. Make your failures into your motivation.
