HELLO STAR ANON !! i do apologize for this taking so long... and for so little here, but i am planning to post whatever more i think about this, or any other regressor/cg character headcanons, perhaps.....
to start, i dont think charles regresses alot due to the high amount of dealing-with that is required for dethklok, as well as him keeping a specific image for himself. he slips more than he purposefully regresses,, but is still aware of it either way,, for the most part
behavior wise (which- this i am currently solidifying myself here), he tends to pause/stutter more when talking, but keeps quiet more. its easier to not mess up when your just watching and focusing more on keeping yourself looking right,, his filter drops a bit and he tends to get a tad more impatient
but... but but but..... hes not too quiet. that little bonus episode where he gets sloppy with the boys and is just yelling for the majority of it- yeah? hes kind of like that but less noisy, consisting more of hums or grumbles, or more facial expressions - maybe a whine if hes bothered by something enough
not a lot of people know he regresses either,, even when he is actively little, they kind of just assume hes in a particularly bad mood, maybe guessing he has a cold of sorts... or something similar
a klokateer or two who work closer with him might notice though, but it remains as a "maybe" more times than it ends as a "our boss is LITTLE."
a few of them do discuss the possibility of it though, the group is small and is likely to remain that way since klokateers drop like flies, but their knowledge is given fast enough that its still around at least !!
these klokateers tend to help out more whenever they find charles slipping, theres little patterns theyve found and notice,,,
again, he gets quieter, tends to linger and stare more, he leans further on the use of physical language rather than verbal orders, fiddles with his tie more than usual,, etc etc
