oh god ummm

1. I just finished the X-Files episode “Arcadia” and idk like how was that a real episode it was literally like fanfiction with the “undercover as husband/wife” trope like excuse me Chris Carter you are s UCH A TEASE JFC could you make it more obvious that your protagonists want to put their mouths on each other’s without actually making them do so like seriously this got absurd like 4 seasons ago. 

2. I really hate bananas because they’re fruit and fruit is supposed to be juicy but they’re not juicy they’re fucking dry as fuck. 

3. Stoker is probably one of my favorite movies if not my favorite and the soundtrack is just as amazing and I can’t stop listening to it. 

4. I just moved in with my dad 6 hours away from where I grew up and I’m going to have to start at a new school in a new town really soon and it’s insanely nerve-wracking because the whole “making friends” thing is not my strong suit and I’m kinda convinced I’ll have to sit in a corner by myself all year idk it’s a huge change and it’s scary and I’m not sure it’s even hit me yet. 

5. My absolute biggest fear is being murdered (which is odd considering how many shows/books/movies involving murder I consume??) to the point where it’s literally crippling and one of the reasons why I always stay up so late is because it’s easier to fall asleep at 5am because according to my rationale murderers don’t murder that early in the morning and I’m THAT paranoid and insane. 

6. The irony of that last fact is that I’m obsessed with murderers or at least just researching them for fun and all this leads me to conclude that if there is such things as past lives I was definitely murdered in mine. 

7. I think diet coke is 1000% better than regular coke and I can’t even drink regular coke anymore bc it tastes like pure sugar but I pretty much drink diet coke daily. 

8. This whole “obsessing over various forms of media” pattern I’ve got going on has been going since I was four and loved The Wizard of Oz so much I wore the Dorothy dress, braids, and ruby slippers every day to preschool and even finger-painted a multitude of scenes from the movie, and ever since then it’s been one obsession after another. I just can’t help myself. 

9. A few weeks ago I was going through my dad’s receipts and there were some in there for medical marijuana and that is how I figured out my dad smokes pot. Though I pretty much knew already because he always comes out of his room smelling like it. I’m pretty sure it’s for his anxiety which he passed onto me so I think it would only be fair if he shared some tbh. 

10. If I absolutely had to pick, my favorite shows right now are The X-Files and Luther.
