Celebrate St. Patrick's day with some dancing and live music from "Reel Deal Celtic" at the Carmel Plaza! They will be performing traditional Celtic music from Ireland, Scotland, and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
A concert for our local athletes and community to spend time together and enjoy the music of our Polynesian Culture.
Tonight is the We Jammin' Polynesian Concert at the Fox Theater in Salinas! Tickets will be $35 at the door and there will also be apparel, merchandise, food, and drinks for sale!
The Monterey Hostel, located in Monterey's Lighthouse District, is pleased to host a free potluck and travel program entitled 30 Days in Europe - by Car, Rail & Boat by Bruce Wilder, a retired IT specialist at Monterey Peninsula College.In his talk, Bruce will give highlights of his 30 days spent on the roads, rails and waterways of Europe. He'll share travel tips while presenting a different approach to travel, including overnight stays with SERVAS hosts and canal boat rides.
Our monthly Travel Show and Potluck event is tomorrow! Guest speaker Bruce Wilder will be sharing the highlights of his 30 days spent on the rails, roads, and waterways of Europe, along with great travel tips. The optional potluck will be at 6pm (please bring your favorite dish or a monetary donation) and the presentation will begin at 6:45pm; help setting up at 5:30pm is greatly appreciated! The fourth annual Whalefest is this weekend! There will be lectures by world renowned scientists, screenings of award-winning documentaries, whale watching trips, live musical performances, and much more!
