It was best to avoid magical symbols and the sorts, just as a general rule. He had spent his life studying the craft when he wasn’t busy tending to the mighty beasts who yielded to him. He would even practice the art in secrecy, sharing what he learned through a hidden spell (really just a secret button that looked like a cat which must be clicked on 40 times rapidly) on his animal breeding blog.
So, while he was in this new realm of possibilities and powerful magic, there were many things he could share with his fellow spellbinders. There was some stuff he had already seen that he was prepared to show, and he had a new topic of study already.
He had seen it earlier, and at the back of his mind the symbol of his curiosity sat. A circle with a triangle in the center. Was it just something so simple? No, impossible! There had to be more. There must be more to it. But what? Was it something he should fear more, or was it harmless? No. The bearer of the necklace had the aura of a man who should not be messed with.
So what was Gundam going to do? Mess with him of course. He wanted answers, and wanted them now. It was best to not keep The Supreme Rule of Ice waiting.
The questions of what it was constantly barged into his head all day, so now he was on a mission to understand. Perhaps it symbolized a magical entity far beyond the imagination the mortals of his own realm could possibly imagine or understand. That just begged him to question the topic further.
“You!” Gundam had done it. He had found the culprit! Gundam was pointing at the man, and blocking the path ahead of him as best he could. Yes, he was as menacing as he remembered. Perfect. “It is of the utmost importance that I understand the meaning of that circular design. It calls out to me… and yet, my knowledge is lacking in the area. None of the beasts or wizards I have consulted have an approximation of what the emblem could be. Is it of a god who has yet to shown me their presence, or the part of a ritual I have yet to learn? It could be a crucial key to ruling this realm, so I demand an answer!”
