Somehow I’m always surprised when Pluto shows up after being seemingly ”absent”. All of a sudden someone says something wildly inappropriate & provocative or the atmosphere changes to one of complete dominance and intolerance. It feels psychically violent and imposing. What’s worse is that it’s often denied because Pluto is not conscious and people don’t know what’s happening when he shows up (within or without).

Pluto has an unmistakable energy signature. We’ve all felt him and forgotten about him. Sometimes I think he makes us forget. He instills so much fear that it’s only natural that we should have to come out of his darkness cleansed and renewed, without any remembrance of our own or other people’s emotional violence.
