These 2 Arizona homes are small- each is 1,307 sq. ft., w/2 bdrms. Yet, the one on the left is for sale for a whopping $800,000. Why? Get ready for Marble Madness.
Outside, the front courtyard is gated with fruit trees and a marble sculpture garden featuring large marble columns topped with lions.
So while the home is relatively small, the price factors in the value of the marble. An appraiser tested it, proving that it was full, 100% Italian marble. But look at the colors they chose.
The main living area is just a single shared space for the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Floors, ceilings, and walls, are ALL marble. In addition, all the wood accents were hand-carved in Turkey.
Just so you know, the marble was brought in before the front wall was put up, so if you want to take it out, you’ll have to remove a wall, first.
Disappointing- looks like the standard builder grade kitchen the house came with.
So, here we have crappy original mirrored closet doors, a maple bedroom set that seems out of place, and white marble walls. This is hideous.
I don’t know, it looks more like tile that doesn’t match, than expensive marble.
The 2nd bedroom looks like a store room.
What is with this choice of tile?
No one knows why one of the statues bowing at the pool is wearing a rain coat and cap.
This small structure could be a casita for someone to rent, but it has no plumbing.
I really hate this fugly house. There isn’t one thing that you can say is nice, except maybe this orange tree.
