I believe Owain/OdinDark went back to his abandoned timeline after the events of Fire Emblem Fates. Once arriving he worked hard to rebuild the kingdom to its former glory.
However being the only survivor with royal blood. ( Lucina is back in the fixed timeline) he becomes king of New Ylisse.
Being a supporter of the theatrical arts Ylisse’s rebuilding leads to a boom in the arts. Ylisse becomes a cultural hub years later.
The butterflies symbolize Lucina’s spiritual support of her cousin and the prosperity of the kingdom.
