Constructed in 1921, the High Level Bridge in Fairmont was one of the earliest reinforced concrete arch bridges in the country and is now on the National Register of Historic Places. The bridge was significantly renovated in 1998, but the repairs were carefully planned to retain the bridge’s original appearance.
