High Tensions || Dakota & Tae
Dakota had spotted Tae, and having remembered him from their little previous rendezvous, they headed towards him, grabbing a second drink on the way. Just as they were approaching, they noticed other slaves were falling to their knees around them, but their focus was on Tae in that moment. Their focus on him. If they had to participate, they figured it was better to participate with someone that intrigued them.
“Hello...” they said simply, smirking. “Drink?” they asked, holding the one they’d grabbed out.

High Tensions [Alaska]
Alaska hesitated at the doorway--she never hesitated--and took a slow breath, wondering how to proceed. The writer never apologized, not unless she meant the words, but tension and frustration had flared between the two of them. They both had reason to apologize. Alaska knocked against the threshold’s woodwork, trying to capture their attention. “Can we talk?”
Insert angry operating noises here.
I apologize for any gaming PTSD I might’ve trigged with this page for Trauma Center fans. What I don’t apologize for is drawing a very miffed Derek.
Mama Naomi mode engaged.
Derek finally broke. Poor guy.
Let the third chapter commence! And Derek is saaaaaad.
